Savory rare roast beef salad with hummus, beans, and roasted capsicums, featuring Arnott’s Vita-Weat crackers.
Ingredients:
  • 125g can 4 bean mix, rinsed, drained
  • 30g roasted red capsicum, diced
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 20.00 ml hummus
  • 2 Arnott’s Vita-Weat Soy, Linseed & Sesame Lunch Slices
  • 50g deli sliced rare roast beef
Instructions:
  • Mix together the beans, capsicum, and parsley in a small bowl. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Evenly spread the Arnott’s Vita-Weat Soy, Linseed & Sesame Lunch Slices with hummus. Then, top each with rare roast beef and bean salad before serving.
