Create the perfect roast with ease using these instructions.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg piece eye fillet steak (30 cm long)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Season the beef generously with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat until sizzling. Add oil and beef. Sear until golden brown all over. Transfer to a roasting pan.
  • Roast for 30 to 35 minutes until desired doneness. Transfer to a large plate and cover loosely with foil. Allow to cool to room temperature before slicing and serving with salsa verde and aioli.
