Delicious banana and raspberry oat crumbles - a guaranteed hit!
Ingredients:
  • 1 banana, peeled, chopped
  • 300g frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • Custard or cream, to serve
  • 60g plain flour
  • 60g butter
  • 45g desiccated coconut
  • 50g rolled oats
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 2.50 gm ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 180°C. Distribute the banana and raspberries among 6 ramekins or ovenproof dishes, each with a capacity of 1/2 cup (125ml). Give them a sweet drizzle of honey.
  • Prepare the oat topping by sifting flour into a bowl. Use your fingertips to blend the butter into the flour. Add coconut, oats, sugar, and cinnamon; mix well. Sprinkle over the fruit and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Serve with custard or cream.
