Vegan banana-raspberry ice cream: a simple, guilt-free dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 250.00 ml frozen raspberries
  • 165ml can coconut milk
  • Roasted coconut chips, to serve
Instructions:
  • Prepare your baking tray with a layer of baking paper. Cut the bananas into 4cm pieces, then arrange them in a single layer on the tray. Freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Combine the frozen banana, raspberries, and milk in a food processor. Blitz until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Swiftly transfer the mixture into serving dishes. Top with a generous sprinkle of coconut chips and serve promptly.
