Quick and easy oatmeal bar cookies with luscious raspberry jam topping for a decadent treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 2.5 cups quick cooking oats
  • 0.75 cup margarine, melted
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon water
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  • Combine oats, cake mix, and melted margarine in a bowl until clumps form and no dry mix remains. Press half of the mixture evenly into the pan. In another bowl, mix jam with water, then spread over the oat mixture. Top with the remaining oat mixture evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the top is lightly browned, for 18 to 23 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
