Convenient overnight grab-and-go breakfast option.
Ingredients:
  • 3 Weet-Bix™, crushed
  • 1⁄250.00 ml chia seeds
  • 515.00 gm milk, or So Good™ Soy or Almond Milk
  • 28.60 gm honey (optional)
  • 1⁄100.00 gm rolled oats
  • 1⁄2 apple, grated
  • 250.00 ml frozen raspberries, plus extra for garnish
  • 40.00 ml chopped almonds, plus extra for garnish
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix chia seeds, milk, and honey (if using), ensuring everything is well combined. Let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to plump up.
  • Combine crushed Weet-Bix, oats, apple, raspberries, and almonds with the chia mixture, gently mix. Portion the mixture into 4 glasses.
  • Top with additional crunchy almonds and fresh berries. Enjoy right away or refrigerate overnight for a delightful breakfast option.
