Indulge in a delightful lambic crisp featuring Nature Valley® granola bars and Cascadian Farm® berries for a delectable fruit treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 3/4 cup cherry lambic beer
  • 1 bag (10 oz) Cascadian Farm® frozen organic sweet cherries
  • 2 bags (10 oz each) Cascadian Farm® frozen organic raspberries
  • 1 cup dried cherries
  • 4 pouches (1.5 oz each) Nature Valley™ crunchy roasted almond granola bars, crushed
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 tablespoon cherry lambic beer
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cornstarch and 3/4 cup beer in a 2-quart saucepan. Add frozen cherries. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and boiling. Boil and stir for 1 minute. Gently mix in raspberries and dried cherries.
  • Transfer the fruity mixture into an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish, then generously sprinkle crushed granola bars over the top.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is golden brown. Mix topping ingredients and spoon over warm crisp before serving.
