Transform raw kale with olive oil and salt for a tender texture and mild taste. Elevate with apples, feta cheese, and spiced pecans for a delightful finish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 0.5 cup pecan halves
  • 1 packet stevia powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon chipotle powder
  • 2 bunches kale, stemmed and coarsely chopped
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
  • In a sizzling cast iron skillet, warm up the olive oil over medium-high heat. Toss in the pecans and stir until they release their enticing aroma, approximately 5 minutes. Then, transfer the pecans to a small bowl and coat them with stevia and chipotle powder, ensuring they are well covered.
  • In a large bowl, massage kale with olive oil and salt until softened. Mix in diced apple, spiced pecans, and feta cheese.
