Simple no-butter crêpes: Perfect for breakfast with maple syrup or as a delightful dessert with ice cream and chocolate syrup.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Combine milk, flour, and egg in a large bowl until thoroughly mixed and smooth.
  • Preheat a large skillet or crêpe pan over medium-high heat and coat it with cooking spray.
  • Pour approximately 1/3 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling immediately to create a thin layer. Cook until the top of the crêpe is no longer wet and the bottom is lightly browned, about 1 to 2 minutes. Use a spatula to loosen the crêpe, flip, and cook the other side until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Transfer the crêpe to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as necessary.
