Easy and flavorful stuffing using fresh or stale bread.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (1 pound) loaf white bread
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 0.25 cup water
Instructions:
  • Dampen the bread until moistened. Combine with onion, seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly using hands.
  • Wrap the stuffing in foil and bake for at least 1 hour, or longer if cooking inside the turkey. Open the foil for the last 15 minutes to make the top crusty.
