Quick and easy peach cobbler with 7 simple ingredients, perfect for busy families. Everyone will adore this dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 (22 ounce) can cling peaches in heavy syrup
  • 0.25 cup butter, cut into chunks, divided
  • 1 (15 ounce) package pastry for a double crust 9-inch pie, cut into 1-inch strips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine the sugar, flour, nutmeg, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Spread the peaches in a glass 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the peaches and mix thoroughly. Place half of the butter chunks over the peaches. Cross or stripe pastry strips over the peaches. Finish by scattering the remaining butter chunks over the pastry.
  • Bake in the oven until the crust is golden brown and crisp, for about 30-40 minutes.
