Kids will adore dipping fruit into this creamy yogurt dip. Serve fruit sliced for little ones to enjoy easily.
Ingredients:
  • 12.00 gm icing sugar mixture
  • 500g strawberries, hulled
  • 250.00 ml low-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 700g seedless watermelon, peeled, cut into 3cm cubes
Instructions:
  • Blend sugar and half of the strawberries until silky. Distribute yoghurt evenly among 4 sealed containers. Spoon one-quarter of the strawberry puree into each container. Swirl the mixtures with a wooden skewer to create a marble effect.
  • Cut the rest of the strawberries in half. Alternate threading them with watermelon onto skewers. Serve the skewers with the yogurt mixture.
