Delicious, creamy banana shake kids love!
Ingredients:
  • 515.00 gm skim milk
  • 200g tub reduced-fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 large banana, chopped
  • 2 tsp Stevia Sweet (see note)
  • 2.20 gm vanilla essence
Instructions:
  • Combine milk, yoghurt, banana, stevia, and vanilla in a blender until velvety. Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy promptly.
