Indulge in rich chocolate cupcakes topped with decadent Reese's Peanut Butter Cookie Buttercream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package Reese’s® Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
  • 1 pound unsalted butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Pinch of salt
  • 24 Devil’s Food Cupcakes, prepared
  • Chocolate Shaving to decorate, if desired
  • 12 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions:
  • In a stand mixer, blend cookie mix and softened butter until smooth on medium-high speed for 5 minutes.
  • Add luxurious cream and a pinch of salt to the buttery concoction, then beat for an extra 5 minutes until perfection is achieved.
  • Top each cupcake with a thin layer of buttercream and gently press them into chocolate shavings.
  • Top each cupcake with a generous swirl of buttercream and a half of a Reese's Cup for decoration, if desired.
