REESE'S Peanut Butter-Chocolate Revel Bars

Indulgent REESE'S Peanut Butter-Chocolate Revel Bars: layers of fudgy, peanut-buttery cookie mix, oats, and decadent peanut butter-chocolate fudge. A must-have treat for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (11.9 oz) Betty Crocker™ REESE'S PIECES Cookie Mix
  • Butter and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons REESE’S Creamy Peanut Butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8-inch square pan by lining it with foil and spraying with cooking spray.
  • Combine cookie mix, butter, and egg in a medium bowl until a soft dough forms. Mix in oats until well blended. Set aside 2/3 cup of the cookie dough. Press the remaining dough evenly into the bottom of the pan.
  • Combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, and peanut butter in a 1-quart saucepan. Heat on low for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring often until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth and slightly thickened. Spread the mixture over the cookie base and top with small pieces of remaining cookie dough.
  • Bake until the cookie dough turns a beautiful golden brown, for approximately 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool fully for about 2 hours.
  • Lift the bars out of the pan using foil. Cut into bite-sized squares. Keep in an airtight container at room temperature.
