- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 0.5 teaspoon coconut extract

- Transfer the coconut mixture into an ice cream maker, follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing. Once done, cover and keep it in the freezer until firm for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
