Create adorable reindeer cookies with triangle-shaped dough and pretzel antlers for a fun and tasty treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 72 small pretzel twists, or as needed
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Cream together butter, sugar, peanut butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Mix in flour and baking soda until fully combined.
  • Shape dough into 36 balls, then gently flatten each one into an upside-down triangle. Place two pretzels on the top corners of each triangle for antlers, two chocolate chips in the center for eyes, and one chocolate chip or M&M at the bottom for the nose. Place cookies on baking sheets to bake.
  • Bake until cookies turn a beautiful golden brown in the preheated oven, for 10 to 15 minutes.
