Simple and delicious 5-ingredient Christmas dip recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 5 medium (about 620g) carrots, peeled, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 1 x 250g pkt light cream cheese (Kraft Philadelphia brand)
  • 48.00 gm tahini (sesame paste)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped fresh chives
  • Trimmed celery sticks, to serve
  • Wafers, to serve
  • Cheese twists, to serve
Instructions:
  • Boil the carrot in a medium saucepan for 10 minutes until tender. Drain and allow it to cool for 10 minutes before using.
  • Combine carrots, cream cheese, and tahini in a food processor until creamy. Season with salt, transfer to a serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Garnish the reindeer dip with fresh chives and serve alongside celery sticks, wafers, and cheese twists for a delightful presentation.
