Santa's reindeer will love these chunky cookies packed with Reese's™ cups, vanilla chips, and pretzels - a perfect Christmas Eve treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 1/3 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 package (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips (2 cups)
  • 1 package (8 oz) unwrapped Reese's peanut butter cups miniatures
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped small pretzel twists
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease cookie sheets. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. In a separate large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla until combined. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture on low speed until incorporated. Fold in baking chips, peanut butter cup candies, and pretzels.
  • Spoon dough onto baking sheets, leaving 2 inches of space between each. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until lightly golden. Transfer cookies to cooling racks right away.
