Tender chicken strips marinated in zesty lime, sweet honey, and tangy Italian dressing, cooked to golden perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast meat
  • 0.5 cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1.5 teaspoons honey
Instructions:
  • Cut the chicken into thin strips. Combine the dressing, lime juice, and honey in a small bowl. Place the chicken strips in a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate the dish to marinate for 1 hour.
  • Take the chicken out of the marinade, getting rid of any extra marinade. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm up oil and cook chicken strips until they are golden brown and fully cooked (juices should be clear), which should take around 12 to 15 minutes.
