Irresistible Reuben dip with all the flavors of the classic sandwich, perfect for serving hot with rye bread or crackers.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 16 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and squeezed dry
  • 8 ounces shredded corned beef
  • 16 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine mayonnaise and dressing in a small bowl, and set aside.
  • In a 9x13-inch baking dish, evenly distribute the sauerkraut. Top with layers of corned beef, Swiss cheese, and a delicious mixture of mayonnaise.
  • After heating the oven, bake the dish for 20-25 minutes until it's golden brown and crispy. Serve immediately while it's still piping hot.
