Reuben nachos: A delicious twist on the classic sandwich, with corned beef, Swiss cheese, dill, and sauerkraut.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
  • 0.5 tablespoon minced red onion
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 (11 ounce) package tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 2 cups shredded cooked corned beef brisket
  • 1 cup Bavarian-style sauerkraut with caraway seeds, drained
Instructions:
  • Turn your oven into a cozy 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) haven of deliciousness.
  • Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sour cream, relish, red onion, Dijon mustard, and garlic salt in a small bowl and mix until smooth. Set the sauce aside.
  • Arrange half of the tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with 1 cup of Swiss cheese, 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese, and 1/4 teaspoon of dill. Repeat with remaining chips, cheeses, and dill.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the cheeses are gooey and bubbling, approximately 5 minutes. Then, move the dish to the top rack and preheat the broiler.
  • Evenly distribute the corned beef and sauerkraut over the nachos.
  • Place the nachos under the sizzling broiler for 1 to 2 minutes until perfectly heated. Drizzle sauce over the top and get ready to enjoy!
