Elevate your sausage sizzle with Swiss cheese and tangy sauerkraut for a delicious twist!
Ingredients:
  • 500g sausages - Angus beef
  • 58.75 gm sour cream
  • 61.88 gm mayonnaise
  • 30.00 ml chopped dill
  • 6 long white rolls
  • 12 Swiss cheese slices
  • 375.00 ml sauerkraut
  • 12 gherkins, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat a large non-stick frying pan over gentle heat. Cook the sausages, turning occasionally, for about 12 minutes until they are golden and fully cooked.
  • Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and dill in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Split the rolls in half lengthwise, keeping one side intact. Fill each roll with cheese, sauerkraut, sausages, and gherkins, then generously top with the dill sauce.
