Whip up a vibrant rhubarb-pineapple freezer jam with sweet strawberry flavor that's perfect any time of year.
Ingredients:
  • 10 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry flavored Jell-O®
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan, combine the rhubarb, pineapple, and sugar. Cook over medium heat until rhubarb is tender, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin until blended. Transfer to glass jars or plastic containers for chilling or freezing.
