Ricotta, salami and rocket panini

Impress your coworkers with a mouthwatering panini, toasted to perfection in a sandwich press.
Ingredients:
  • 2 Turkish bread rolls, split in half
  • 150g ricotta cheese
  • 8 slices Danish salami
  • 30g baby rocket
  • 4.60 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 20.00 ml black olive tapenade
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • Stuffed green olives, to serve
Instructions:
  • Heat up your sandwich press.
  • Start by placing the roll bases on a board, then generously spread ricotta on them. Add a layer of flavorful salami and fresh rocket on top. Drizzle with oil and season with a touch of pepper. Spread the cut side of the remaining bread with tapenade and press the sandwiches together. Give both sides of the sandwiches a quick spray of oil before cooking.
  • Place the sandwich in the press until golden brown, usually 4 to 5 minutes. Serve alongside some delicious olives.
