Roast beef, horseradish and beetroot chutney sandwiches

Create elegant high tea sandwiches quickly for a delicious spread.
Ingredients:
  • 4 large slices white bread
  • 20g butter, softened
  • 2 tsp horseradish cream
  • 40.00 gm beetroot chutney
  • 20g baby rocket
  • 50g thinly sliced rare roast beef
Instructions:
  • Butter one side of each slice of bread. Spread two slices with horseradish cream and spread the remaining two slices with chutney.
  • Layer horseradish cream and rocket onto slices of bread. Add rare roast beef and season to taste. Top with the remaining slices of bread, chutney-side facing down.
  • Trim the crusts from each sandwich, then cut them into 4 squares before serving.
