Succulent slow cooker roast beef with rich gravy. Perfect with creamy mashed potatoes and fresh fruit salad.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3 pound) boneless beef chuck roast
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
  • 0.33333334326744 cup dry sherry
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
Instructions:
  • Divide chuck roast in half and place it in the slow cooker. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sherry, and soup mix, then pour over the roast.
  • Slow cook until the meat is tender for 8 to 9 hours on Low heat.
