Hearty rustic sandwich, perfect for a quick and satisfying lunch on the go.
Ingredients:
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 85g (1/3 cup) sour cream
  • 46.80 gm bottled horseradish (Eskal brand)
  • 35.10 gm Dijon mustard
  • 1 uncut loaf fresh wholemeal bread
  • Rocket, ends trimmed, washed, dried, to serve
  • 16 slices roast beef (any leftover roast beef or see the basic roast beef in related recipes)
Instructions:
  • Mix tangy sour cream with zesty horseradish and bold mustard in a small bowl. Adjust seasoning with a sprinkle of salt and a dash of pepper to achieve your desired taste.
  • Cut bread into thick 8 slices. Place rocket and roast beef on 4 slices of bread. Drizzle with horseradish cream and top with remaining bread. Serve right away.
