Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.25 cup herbed goat cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  • Lay asparagus spears side by side on a baking sheet. Drizzle with fragrant olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper, then generously crumble creamy goat cheese on top.
  • Roast until the cheese is gooey and the asparagus is tender but still has a satisfying crunch, for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
