Easy, flavorful roasted asparagus with garlic and Parmesan cheese - a delicious spring side dish.
Ingredients:
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 1 pound fresh asparagus, tough ends trimmed
  • 0.25 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Grease a 9x13 casserole dish with olive oil cooking spray. Arrange asparagus in the dish and gently coat spears with cooking spray.
  • Coat asparagus with a savory blend of Parmesan cheese, sea salt, and garlic powder.
  • Roast in a preheated oven until the thickest part of the stem can easily be pierced with a fork, approximately 12 minutes.
