Enhance asparagus with seasonings, Parmesan cheese, and roast for 5-8 minutes until crisp-tender. Perfect side for grilled dinners or cheesy casseroles. Enjoy roasted asparagus with Parmesan!
Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 lb fresh asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Grease a 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. Rinse the asparagus, and snap off the tough ends where they naturally break. Optionally, peel the stems of the spears.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. Toss the mixture with asparagus until well coated, then spread it in the pan.
  • Roast in the oven for 10 minutes uncovered, then sprinkle with cheese and toss well to coat. Continue roasting for an additional 5 to 8 minutes until the asparagus reaches a crisp-tender texture.
