Asparagus: Versatile side dish for holidays or weeknights. Elegant and delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • 0.5 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 0.75 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Diamond Crystal® Coarse Sea Salt
  • 1 lemon, finely zested and juiced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine asparagus with Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic, black pepper, Diamond Crystal® Coarse Sea Salt, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
  • Arrange the asparagus in a baking dish in a single layer and bake for about 15 minutes, or until tender and starting to brown, stirring occasionally.
