Enhance the sweetness of radishes by roasting them with baby carrots for a delicious combination.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup radishes, trimmed and quartered
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Spread a colorful mixture of radishes and carrots on a baking sheet with edges, then generously drizzle with fragrant olive oil. Sprinkle over some garlic salt and zesty lemon-pepper seasoning, and give it all a good toss to ensure every piece is perfectly coated.
  • Roast in the oven until tender, for about 20-25 minutes.
