Tender cauliflower steak glazed in zesty lemon-garlic sauce, roasted to caramelized perfection. A flavorful alternative to traditional cauliflower preparation methods.
Ingredients:
  • 1 large head cauliflower, sliced lengthwise through the core into 4 steaks
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes, or to taste
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your exquisite ingredients for a culinary masterpiece.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place cauliflower steaks on the lined baking sheet.
  • Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper in a bowl, then generously brush half of the mixture onto the cauliflower steaks.
  • Roast cauliflower steaks in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then flip and brush the tops with the remaining olive oil mixture for extra flavor.
  • Roast until the vegetables are golden and tender, for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
