"Roasted cauliflower with garlic and olive oil for a flavorful and effortless side dish."
Ingredients:
  • 1.5kg cauliflower
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan. Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. In a bowl, combine cauliflower with oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
  • Spread the cauliflower mixture evenly on the trays. Roast until golden and tender, about 20 minutes.
