Spice up pumpkin seeds with a delicious blend of cinnamon, sugar, and ginger for a family favorite treat!
Ingredients:
  • 6 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
  • In a pot, simmer water, pumpkin seeds, and salt until seeds are tender, about 10 minutes. Strain seeds, pat dry with a towel, and discard water.
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) and lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
  • Arrange pumpkin seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, and ginger over the seeds.
  • Roast the seeds in the preheated oven, stirring every 10 minutes, until fragrant and golden, for about 40 minutes.
