Roasted garlic & baby potatoes with rosemary

Irresistibly crispy roast potatoes, the ultimate festive side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2kg small Lady Christl potatoes, halved (see note)
  • 1 whole garlic bulb, cloves separated, peeled
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 40.00 ml fresh rosemary leaves
  • 9.60 gm salt flakes
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the potatoes and garlic in a roasting pan, drizzle with oil, toss to combine, then sprinkle with rosemary and salt.
  • Bake until golden, approximately 1 hour.
