Roasted baby potatoes and garlic cloves tossed in a sweet, creamy garlic sauce for a delicious side dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound small new potatoes, halved
  • 1 head garlic, cloves separated but not peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Place the potatoes and garlic cloves in a 9x13-inch pan, then generously drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast in the oven until the potatoes are tender and garlic cloves are soft, for 30-40 minutes.
  • Take out the baking tray from the oven. Squeeze garlic cloves to release the roasted garlic onto the potatoes, discard the skins, and mix everything together.
