Cheesy potato bake with creamy roasted garlic soup.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (19 ounce) can creamy potato with roasted garlic soup
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 6 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine soup, cream, thyme, and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth. Spread a thin layer of the mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Layer potatoes and cheese, ending with potatoes, and save 1/2 cup of cheese for later. Pour soup mixture over potatoes and sprinkle with the reserved cheese.
  • Place your creation in the warm embrace of a preheated oven for 70 minutes.
