Roasted Herb Pork Tenderloins

Coat pork in flavorful seasonings, then bake to perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic pepper blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pork tenderloins (3/4 lb each)
  • 2 teaspoons olive or vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°F. Combine garlic pepper blend, rosemary, thyme, paprika, and salt in a small bowl.
  • Coat pork tenderloins with oil and sprinkle seasoning mixture, massaging it in with your fingers. Arrange pork tenderloins in a shallow roasting pan without greasing it.
  • Roast the pork for 25-35 minutes, or until it has a slight blush of pink and the meat thermometer reads 160°F when inserted in the center. Allow it to stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
