Pizza-topped potato slices - a delicious, easy snack or appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 3 medium potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar pizza sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 (3 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
  • 1 (16 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, lightly greasing the foil.
  • Place the potato slices neatly on the baking sheet, then generously drizzle with oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Take the potatoes off the heat, flip them, then generously drizzle with sauce. Add green pepper, onion, mushrooms, and pepperoni on top, and finish with a generous layer of mozzarella cheese.
  • Place the potatoes back in the oven until the cheese is perfectly melted, for about 10 minutes.
