Indulgent waffle sticks topped with crunchy rocks for a delightful treat!
Ingredients:
  • 5 small waffles (from a 275g packet)
  • 140g (2/3 cup) dark chocolate melts
  • 15g (1/4 cup) mini marshmallows
  • 40g (1/4 cup) unsalted roasted peanuts
  • 20g (1/4 cup) shredded coconut, toasted
Instructions:
  • Place a piece of baking paper on a baking tray and gently insert a wooden ice block stick into each waffle.
  • Place the chocolate in a shallow microwave-safe bowl and microwave on Medium for 1-2 minutes until very soft. Stir with a metal spoon until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Dip each waffle half in chocolate and top with mini marshmallows, peanuts, and toasted coconut. Place on a tray lined with parchment paper. For quick setting, chill in the fridge for 10 minutes on a warm day.
