Create a revitalizing lemon honey rosemary tea.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 small bunch fresh rosemary sprigs
  • 1L (4 cups) boiling water
  • Honey, to taste
Instructions:
  • Zest the lemon using a zester, vegetable peeler, or small sharp knife, removing the rind and cutting it into very thin strips.
  • Infuse lemon rind and rosemary in a teapot with boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain into serving glasses and serve promptly, adding honey if desired.
