Tender Rosemary Orange Roasted Turkey Breast: a delicious blend of sweet and savory flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bone-in whole turkey breast (5 to 7 lb), thawed if frozen
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 6 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 orange, cut into thin slices
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F and place the turkey breast, skin side up, in a shallow roasting pan.
  • Combine aromatic garlic, fragrant rosemary, tangy mustard, a pinch of salt, a dash of pepper, 2 tablespoons of zesty orange juice, and a drizzle of oil in a small bowl.
  • Gently separate turkey skin using fingers or spoon, then massage garlic mixture under and over the skin. Place ovenproof meat thermometer in the thickest part of the breast without touching the bone.
  • Combine wine, lemon juice, broth, and the remaining 1/4 cup of orange juice in the roasting pan.
  • Roast the turkey uncovered for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until the thermometer reads 165°F. Transfer the turkey to a warm platter, cover with foil, and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving. Serve the turkey with pan juices and garnish with orange slices. Enjoy!
