Make delicious rosemary potato fries in your air fryer by cutting potatoes into wedges, seasoning with oil, salt, and fresh rosemary, then air-frying!
Ingredients:
  • 2 russet potatoes, sliced into 12 wedges each with skin on
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, coat the potatoes with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and rosemary, and toss to mix well.
  • Arrange the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip them using tongs and cook for an additional 10 minutes until they reach your desired level of doneness.
