Elevate baked potato wedges with a unique blend of chervil, dill, and rosemary herbs for a burst of flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 3 large Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 teaspoons dried chervil
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried dill
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for a perfect bake.
  • In a large bowl, coat potato sticks with olive oil. Crush chervil, dill, rosemary, onion powder, and garlic powder together, then sprinkle the herb mixture over the potatoes and toss to ensure an even coating. Transfer the coated potatoes to a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the oven until golden and fork-tender, approximately 45 minutes.
