Vibrant ruby rum buck cocktail made with hibiscus syrup, bitters, ginger beer, and lime juice. Enjoy with a straw for a colorful touch!
Ingredients:
  • 2 fluid ounces light rum
  • 0.5 fluid ounce hibiscus syrup
  • 0.5 fluid ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 dashes aromatic bitters (such as Angostura®)
  • ice cubes
  • 4 fluid ounces ginger beer, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • In a highball glass, mix rum, hibiscus syrup, lime juice, and bitters. Add ice halfway, stir gently, and finish by topping with ginger beer.
