Delicious and simple prawn dish, perfect for snacking or as a starter!
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons rum
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2.5 teaspoons butter
  • 12 tiger prawns, peeled and deveined
Instructions:
  • Combine the rum and lime juice, then let it stand. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add prawns and cook until they start turning pink. Drizzle the rum and lime mixture over the prawns slowly, igniting it each time. Exercise caution!
