Rum iced tea punch

Elevate your punch with refreshing tea, zesty mint, and spicy ginger beer.
Ingredients:
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 1 bunch fresh mint
  • 500ml (2 cups) boiling water
  • 400ml Rum UP
  • 400ml ginger beer
  • Lemon
  • Ice
Instructions:
  • Prepare a refreshing batch of iced tea by steeping tea bags and 4 sprigs of mint in a jug with 2 cups of boiling water. Let it infuse for 10 minutes, remove the tea bags, and allow it to cool before straining out the mint leaves.
  • Pour in the refreshing combination of rum and spicy ginger beer over a generous amount of ice.
  • Finish by artfully arranging the rest of the mint leaves and lemon slices on top. Give it a gentle stir, then serve immediately.
