Ingredients:
  • 125.00 gm butter
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 53.60 gm golden syrup
  • 360.00 gm brown sugar
Instructions:
  • In a luxurious flourish, melt the butter before welcoming in the rest of the ingredients.
  • Stir gently on low heat until the sugar completely dissolves.
  • Stir constantly until the mixture comes to a boil, then continue stirring until it turns a light brown color.
  • Once the desired color is achieved, take the mixture off the heat, refrain from stirring, and let the bubbles settle. Finally, pour the mixture into a greased and lined 8" or 7" square tin or sandwich tin.
  • Cut the dish into sections using a greased knife once it has cooled, avoiding scraping the pan.
